Our Mission

Renaissance Real Estate represents the "rebirth" of personalized service and good business ethics. We personally assist and educate our customers in their individual and unique real estate transactions from beginning to end of the buying or selling process. Not one transaction is ever alike, and we take great pride in finding the right property for our customers. As knights in the real estate realm, it is our honor to assist others with their investments. 

Since 1998, Renaissance Real Estate has made a difference in the local communities around Pinellas County and in the heart of Safety Harbor. Our leaders and agents are driven to help our customers and community with quality service, building connections, and staying informed on the market's trends.

Renaissance Real Estate is now looking for both new and experienced licensed real estate agents to work with our company.



  • Startup materials are provided at no extra cost

  • Postcard marketing is included at no extra cost

  • Prime location on Main Street in the heart of Safety Harbor

  • Be in charge of your own schedule

  • Guidance & support from the Renaissance team

  • Complimentary education and business coaching is available

  • A positive and helpful office with high caliber agents

  • Floor time is available for the opportunity to greet customers. You may have walk-ins, i.e., people who stop by in person to inquire about buying, selling or renting their property and phone calls from our advertising.


  • Must have a current real estate license or an inactive license  (all non-licensed applicants will have to complete the pre-licensing course and state exam before affiliating with Renaissance Real Estate: Residential & Commercial Brokerage.)

  • As a licensed real estate sales agent, you will need to multi-task, prioritizes, and takes initiative. You will be in charge of your schedule and how much you wish to produce.

  • The ideal candidate should be a moderately tech-savvy agent who wants to use our technology to engage clients.

  • You must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.

  • You must be solution oriented and determined to help customers with one of the biggest financial investments they will be experiencing in their life.

  • Must be responsible with paying any Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), MLS Fees and Supra E-Key Subscriptions to stay current.

  • Must have a strong work ethic.
